Our expert Lifestyle Coaches offer evidence-based virtual coaching focused on diet, exercise, and alternative eating habits. Each participant receives tailored advice to suit their specific needs, ensuring they are on the path to improved health.
Our coaches also assist with technology resources, helping participants access healthy food options and other Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) resources, ensuring comprehensive support in every area of life.
Medicalincs Learning SystemOur 12-month fully virtual program is designed to fit into your busy schedule. With the Medicalincs Learning System, participants can access Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) courses anytime, anywhere. The platform is accessible via computer, tablet, or smartphone, ensuring that participants can easily engage in the program on their terms.
Each participant is provided with a custom user ID and password to access the course sessions, which are tracked for personalized progress. The system includes regular interactions with our lifestyle coaches, ensuring that you receive the guidance and accountability you need to succeed.
Live Coaching and Support- Weekly Sessions (First 6 Months): Weekly coaching sessions provide direct interaction with your lifestyle coach to discuss progress, challenges, and goals.
- Monthly Sessions (Second 6 Months): After the initial six months, coaching shifts to monthly sessions, ensuring ongoing support and continued success.
To ensure that you are staying on track, Medicalincs tracks your participation throughout the program. Participants are asked to log their weight before each session, and their progress is monitored through interactive charts and graphs. This allows you to visually track your achievements and stay motivated as you work toward a healthier lifestyle.
